I am obsessed with all things health and wellness. After many years of education and training, I turned that obsession into a career where I get to fulfill my dream of helping people transform their lives.
In my nutrition private practice, I work one-on-one with clients in a supportive, collaborative environment to guide them towards their happiest, healthiest self. I utilize a totally customized approach that is specifically tailored towards each client’s individual needs. Unlike a fad diet or generic meal plan, my nutrition counseling program works because I get to know my clients on a personal level to really understand their unique challenges so that I can provide realistic, sustainable action plans to help them reach — and maintain — their long-term goals. I aim to empower my clients with the knowledge and tools they need to continue their health journey with confidence and clarity.
My area of expertise is plant-based nutrition, but I certainly do not discriminate! I have worked with all different types of clients, including those with digestive disorders such as Celiac Disease and Diverticulitis, chronic yo-yo dieters who want to break free from the cycle and want to adopt a more balanced approach to nutrition, busy new moms looking to optimize nutrition for themselves and their families, constant “grazers” who need more structure and support with meal planning, and more. While I do believe that everyone can benefit from including more plant foods in their diet, I take a gentler approach to nutrition that emphasizes abundance by focusing on what foods we can ADD to the diet, not what we should remove.
A healthy, vibrant lifestyle centered on quality nutrition has transformed my own life, and I feel incredibly lucky that I am able to use my experience and expertise to support the transformation of so many others. My ultimate goal is to empower my clients by teaching them not what, but how, to eat in order to achieve optimal energy, prevent chronic disease, improve digestion, protect cognitive function, and promote overall longevity and vitality — all by implementing habits that still allow eating to be enjoyable and sustainable.
